Netflix has a new release. October of the year 2021

The third season of “You” is among the new movies and shows available to stream in October. Take a look at some of the highlights below, or scroll down to see the complete list of what’s new and departing Netflix this month.

“Gladiator,” “Tommy Boy,” and the entire series of “Seinfeld” are among the new additions.

You (season 3)

Penn Badgley plays a seductive, very obsessive stalker who goes to great lengths to infiltrate the lives of individuals he is enamoured with. This month, Netflix’s famous (and disturbing) original series returns for a third season. (October 15)

The Guilty (2021)

In this remake from “Training Day” director Antoine Fuqua and “True Detective” creator Nic Pizzolatto, Jake Gyllenhaal plays a demoted police officer assigned to a call dispatch desk which is confused when he receives an emergency phone call from a kidnapped lady. (Available now)

The Musical Diana (2021)

Princess Diana’s bright and tragic life is the focus of this Netflix original musical, which was taped ahead of its official Broadway premiere. (Available now)

There’s Someone Inside Your House (2021)

A masked assassin is targeting Osborne High’s graduating class, aiming at exposing each victim’s darkest secret, and only a bunch of misfit outsiders can stop the killings. Halloween arrives! (October 6)

Night Teeth (2021)

Two strange women are picked up by a college student moonlighting as a driver for a night of party-hopping across Los Angeles. However, when he discovers their bloodlust, he must struggle to stay alive. Sydney Sweeney, Megan Fox, and Alexander Ludwig star in the film. (October 20)

Army of Thieves (2021)

The German safecracker Ludwig Dieter leads a crew of budding thieves on a top-secret robbery during the early stages of the zombie apocalypse in this “Army of the Dead” prequel. (October 29)

The Baby-Sitters Club (season 2)

The Baby-Sitting Club is a group of people that provide babysitting services to (season 2)
Based on the same-named book series about a group of young girls who create their own babysitting business. (October 11)

A Knight’s Tale (2001)

After his master dies, a peasant squire (Heath Ledger) forges a new identity as a knight, spurred by his hunger for food and glory. An archaic soundtrack sets the tone for a delightful mediaeval adventure. (Available now)

Malcolm X (1992)

From his early life and career as a small-time gangster to his ministry as a member of the Nation of Islam, Spike Lee’s biographical epic follows the controversial and essential Black Nationalist leader (played by Denzel Washington). Lee and Washington have produced some of the best work of their careers. (Available now)

Seinfeld (seasons 1-9)

The completely amazing series of Jerry Seinfeld and Larry David is now available to stream (and binge) on Netflix. Seinfeld, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Jason Alexander, and Michael Richards created one of the best sitcoms of all time, and it’s now sitting right in front of us. Even though we’ve seen and recited every episode a hundred times. (Available now)

Step Brothers (2008)

In Adam McKay’s spectacularly idiotic and wonderful comedy starring Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly, two aimless middle-aged losers still living at home are forced to become roommates against their will after their parents marry. It may not work the first time, but after 50 more watches, your body will hurt with laughter. (Available now)

Tommy Boy (1995)

Following the death of his auto-parts magnate father, the underachieving son (Chris Farley) hooks up with a sarcastic accountant (David Spade) to try to rescue the family firm. Best friends Farley and Spade star in this hilarious road comedy. (Available now)
